Shipping

Standard and Express deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 7 am and 7 pm. Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. For some postcodes, when using Express delivery, your order will take a little longer to reach you.

Next Working Day deliveries are made by DHL between 9 am and 8 pm. Deliveries made by DHL will require a signature. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign or choose to collect from one of the 3,500 DHL ServicePoints across the UK. There are some postcodes where Next Working Day deliveries are not available.

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.

UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight.

All New Makers products are supplied as made-to-order. The product delivery times will be shown against individual items. There will be no added delivery cost for the product. The order processing will be carried out by Emphes Lifestyle and the product will be supplied to you directly from the Maker.

Emphes Lifestyle cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location than the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
